The Supervivid MCP server is now generally available. If you work in an MCP-enabled environment — Claude, Cursor, or any client that speaks the Model Context Protocol — you can now generate and manage Supervivid assets without opening the app. Describe what you need in the middle of whatever you are doing, and the finished video, image, or track lands in your project library.

What the server exposes

The GA release ships with a focused set of tools:

  • generate_video — text-to-video with full model selection (Seedance 2.5, Hailuo H3) and camera/duration parameters
  • generate_image — Flux 2 Max generation, plus conversational edits against existing assets
  • generate_music — original tracks by genre, mood, tempo, and duration
  • upscale — the new 4K Upscaler, callable on any library asset
  • list_projects / get_asset — read access to your library, so agents can reference and build on prior work

Every tool respects your plan’s credit balance and returns asset URLs plus metadata, so downstream steps — publishing, editing, review — can chain without human glue.

What people are building

During the beta, the most interesting usage was not one-off generation. It was pipelines:

Product feeds at scale. An e-commerce team wired the MCP server into their catalog system. New SKU lands in the database, an agent writes a prompt from the product attributes, generates a hero image and a six-second spin video, upscales both, and attaches them to the listing. Roughly 400 SKUs a week, no designer in the loop for the baseline assets.

Editorial illustration. A newsletter with three writers and no art budget generates a cover image per issue from the draft’s summary paragraph. The agent iterates with conversational edits until the image passes a style checklist, then drops it into the CMS.

Localization. One studio renders a master ad spot, then uses the lip-sync and dub tools to produce eleven language versions overnight — script in, localized cuts out.

Getting started

Add the server to your MCP client configuration, authenticate with a Supervivid API key from your account settings, and the tools appear immediately:
