Overview
Supervivid is the AI creative suite for video, images, and music, operated by SUPERVIVID LLC("Supervivid", "we", "us"). This policy applies to supervivid.ai and every tool available through it. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Cookie Policy.
At a glance: we never sell your personal data, we don't use your uploads or generations to train our own models without your explicit opt-in, and you can export or delete your data at any time.
Data we collect
Data you give us
- Account data — name, email address, password hash, and profile settings.
- Creative content — prompts you write, media you upload (images, video, audio), and the content you generate with our tools.
- Payment data — handled by our payment processor. We receive your plan, transaction history, and the last four digits of your card; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Communications — messages you send us by email, the contact form, or Discord.
Data collected automatically
- Usage data — features used, models selected, credits consumed, render durations, and error logs.
- Device data — IP address, browser type, operating system, and approximate location derived from IP.

How we use your data
We use your data to:
- Provide the service — run your generations, store your library, and sync it across devices;
- Process payments, manage subscriptions, and account for credits;
- Keep the platform safe — detect abuse, enforce our acceptable use rules, and prevent fraud;
- Improve the product — aggregate usage analytics tell us which tools and models matter most;
- Communicate with you — service announcements, receipts, and (only if you opt in) product news;
- Comply with legal obligations.
Where laws like the GDPR apply, we rely on: performance of our contract with you (running the service), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent (marketing, optional cookies), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).
AI processing & model providers
When you generate content, your prompt and any uploaded media are sent to the AI model you selected. Some models run on our infrastructure; others are operated by third-party model providers under agreements that restrict them to processing your content solely to fulfil your request.
- Your prompts and uploads are not used to train our models unless you explicitly opt in.
- We contractually require third-party providers not to use your content for training their models.
- Generated content is stored in your private library until you delete it.
- Automated safety systems may scan inputs and outputs to block prohibited content, such as CSAM and non-consensual imagery of real people.
Data retention
We keep data only as long as we need it:
- Account data — for as long as your account exists, then deleted within 30 days of account deletion;
- Creative content — until you delete it or your account; deleted content is purged from backups within 90 days;
- Payment records — as long as tax and accounting laws require (typically 7 years);
- Server logs — up to 12 months, for security and debugging.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you and receive a portable copy;
- Correct inaccurate data;
- Delete your data ("right to be forgotten");
- Object to or restrict certain processing;
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent;
- Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days and never discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls with least-privilege principles, and monitoring for unauthorized access. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
International transfers
We operate globally, and your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where data moves out of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses to protect it.
Children
The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us at[email protected] and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service or the law changes. For material changes we will notify you by email or in-app notice before they take effect. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
